The Countdown is on!!
I have found a new way of doing the Dillon Newsletter - a blog!!
Today is the 27th December, 2011, which means that the count down is now on in days - 38 until we leave on our holiday. Can you tell I'm a bit excited??
Plans are all coming along, had a couple of hiccups, but they're getting sorted and we should soon be ready to start packing things into the van.
At the moment we are baby sitting 2 of the fury grandchildren for a week whilst Kris & Sarah are away on a camping holiday. When they come back they will pick up the dogs, and Laura's boys and go down to Phillip Island for 5 days. Sarah's parents have a holiday house there. Laura and Chris are going to Noosa for a weeks break. Carl & I will have the boys for the last 3 days, I'm thinking I might take them to their house in their own surrounds, might be a bit more settled there.
The day Laura gets back, our big boys, Brandon & Jack arrive from Sydney, to which we are very much looking forward to! Just hope that the weather holds up so that Carl & Kris can get them out fishing each day. Laura is going to take them for a day down to Dads and my sisters farm on the Peninsula. I unfortunately have to work, but I'm sure they will look after Unckie!
The weekend before we go away, I am having a Nanna's day out with my sister and sister-in-law - we are taking the grandchildren to see Disney the Musical, it should be fun!
